Coming from very humble beginnings and achieving his own form of personal & business success.
Martin inspires & offers various entry points to coaching so to enable all people to be exposed to the learnings
& understanding of who they are, what they are capable of and how to achieve improved results.
As Co-Founder and Co-Director of Mortgage First, Martin's company won
many industry Awards. Martin was responsible for a team of Finance Professionals that were all ranked in the top 10%
of loan writers in Australia. Mortgage First was purchased by the WHK Group which is the fifth largest accountancy practice
in Australasia. The WHK group is also listed in the top 230 companies in Australia. From starting in his living room in October
2001 this is an amazing journey of inspiration, hard work, vision and success.
He now consults to individuals in over 8 different countries including
the US, NZ , UK and Europe aswell as Australia.
From growing up living in a caravan with his father in a small country town
in Victoria. Martin is very understanding that all people deserve the opportunity to live their best life regardless of their
personal history. But that is a decision that each individual needs to make.
Martin believes to be a great leader you also need to be a great student and
he constantly educates himself on new high performance techniques and processes. He also leads by example constantly
extending beyond his own comfort zones to grow as a person in his own life aswell as achieve outstanding results.
On the personal
front he has a passion for sports including tennis, cricket and football and loves living with his beloved wife Coleen on
the wonderful Sunshine Coast.
If we applied the principals of sport to life people would be living a more fruitful
existence.
Martin's ambition is to enable others to achieve outstanding results in their life and business and show people
the road, mindset and actions required in order to reach their potential.
Martin is qualified Advanced & Master Practitioner of NLP including Business Communications training
with Roger Deaner from the internationally acclaimed Leadervision.
He has also been trained by the Institute of
Self Development gaining certification in EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and Intuitive Energy Psychology.
Martin
is also a certified international Life Success Consultant majoring in mindset strategy and advanced awareness and
has been personally trained in Florida USA by Paul Martinelli & Bob Proctor considered in the USA one of the
best personal & business mindset trainers in the world today.
